- Step 1: Prepare the Dough (If Homemade)
- In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.

- Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a 12-inch round.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or a preheated pizza stone.
- Step 4: Add the Toppings

- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Evenly distribute the flaked tuna and sliced red onions.
- Finish with crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
- Step 5: Bake the Pizza
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Step 6: Let It Cool and Serve
- Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Slice and serve warm.

- Dietary Substitutions:
- Use gluten-free flour for the dough to make it gluten-free.
- Substitute vegan mozzarella and gorgonzola for a plant-based version.
- Replace tuna with cooked mushrooms or roasted vegetables for a vegetarian twist.
- Tips for Success:
- Ensure the oven is thoroughly preheated to achieve a crispy crust.
- Drain the tuna well to prevent a soggy pizza.
- For a thinner crust, divide the dough in half and roll it out thinner.
