- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 20-30 minutes in a warm spot until it doubles in size.
- Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (250°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if not using a pizza stone.
- Shape the Dough
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto the parchment paper or preheated pizza stone.
- Add the Toppings
- Spread a thin layer of pomodoro sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
- Distribute the wurstel slices and tuna over the cheese.
