- 1 cup 150g cooked shrimp (gamberetti, peeled and deveined)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano or fresh basil for garnish

- Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until it forms a sticky dough.
- Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm spot.
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place your pizza stone or baking tray in the oven to heat.
- Prepare the Toppings
- Slice the mushrooms and lightly sauté them in olive oil for 3 minutes to enhance flavor.
- If using frozen shrimp, thaw and pat dry. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Shape the Dough
- Once the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and divide it into two portions.
- Roll each portion into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Assemble the Pizza
- Spread pomodoro sauce evenly on each pizza base using a wooden spoon.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Top with sautéed mushrooms and shrimp.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with oregano or fresh basil.
- Bake the Pizza
- Carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone or tray.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

- Let the pizza cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing and serving.
