Step 1: Prepare the Dough

Mix Ingredients: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough begins to form.

Let It Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Preheat the Oven
While the dough is rising, preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.
Step 3: Prepare the Topping
Mix Cheeses: In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Prepare for Baking: Line your baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
Step 4: Roll Out the Dough
Shape the Dough: Once the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll it out into a round or rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Transfer to Baking Sheet: Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough onto your prepared baking sheet or pizza stone.
Step 5: Assemble the Pizza
Spread the Cheese Mixture: Evenly spread the cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Drizzle with Olive Oil: Drizzle the top with olive oil and sprinkle dried oregano over the cheese.
Add Fresh Herbs: If using, scatter fresh rosemary or thyme on top for added flavor.
Step 6: Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Step 7: Serve
Cool Slightly: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
