  • Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the chopped walnuts, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  • Beat the Eggs and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar together until the mixture is pale and fluffy. This will take about 3-5 minutes with an electric mixer.
  • Add Butter and Vanilla: Slowly incorporate the melted butter and vanilla extract into the egg mixture, mixing until well combined.
